Enterprise outdoor expansion training camp

In order to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff training, responsibility and team consciousness, to overcome the difficulties, the staff to establish the concept of win-win cooperation in the work, in May 29th the company organized outdoor training camp.       

Trainees into several teams, by name, slogan to build team honor, we have called their team slogan, with full enthusiasm into the expansion of the training. In the ice breaking activity of "whether 2 fingers can hold up one person" and "collect ghost action", the expansion of training begins.

Each development project game will encounter many difficulties, we have no choice to give up and quit. Every concerted unity and cooperation, every enthusiastic embrace after success, and the Frank sharing of projects every time will give more understanding to each other, more kindness and more friendship.

At the completion of all development training project, to share the joy of success and challenge the mood, communicate their knowledge, feeling, thinking. In such a "learning experience" in the process, each participant benefited, players learn to Thanksgiving, cooperation, dedication, responsibility and trust, enhance their self-confidence and communication skills, leadership ability and team cooperation ability, to understand the value and significance of these for the team.
